Kat began practicing yoga in Ithaca, New York, while attending Cornell University for her undergraduate degree, when it became too cold to run outside. What began as an outlet to balance her academic schedule and personal life with physical activity, quickly became a passion and daily practice to balance the mind and body. 

Kat became 200-hr certified through Y7 in 2018, and likes to bring upbeat energy and music, curiosity and fun to her classes. Her classes will incorporate core workouts and encourage you to push yourself past your comfort zone to reach new heights in your practice.
