Growing up in North Carolina, Samantha stayed active playing tennis and dancing. After moving to NYC to attend FIT and becoming a Sales Rep in the Fashion Industry, the years of carrying heavy suitcases of samples combined with taking too many bootcamp classes, led her to injury after injury. Through these injuries she found Pilates and fell in love with the method. Realizing how effective Pilates was at changing the way she moved, felt, and looked, she couldn't wait to teach and share with others. Now teaching Pilates full-time, Samantha leads a challenging and athletic class with a great flow inspired from her years of sports and dance. She is also certified in TriggerPoint Myofascia Release, so will throw some fascia release and mobility exercises when requested or needed. You will leave her class feeling strengthened, lengthened, and a little sore in the right places.
