In Bri's class you will experience a unique playlist fueled by electronic, R&B, funky beats, and light acoustics. Bri completed her 200 hr YTT in Nosara Costa Rica in 2014. Since then, she's taught all sorts of classes wherever she goes, from Syracuse University to Bigtoe Yoga in SoHo, as well as many private lessons along the way. Bri will encourage you to drop your expectations at the door, and get on the mat with an open heart and mind. Together you will enjoy meditation, a powerful flow and relaxation.

Bri is a true extrovert and excited by all aspects of life. She has backpacked through Thailand, studied abroad in Australia, and taught English in Tanzania. This woman is a lover of genuine conversation and is always down to chat about your practice (or really anything!).

Dena grew up competing in gymnastics and cheerleading. Yoga started as a workout that was much kinder on her body, and her love of the practice grew deeper from there as a way to be present and mindful. She received her RYT200 in Siena Reap, Cambodia, which is fitting as she loves traveling all over the world to experience new cultures. She’s just moved to New York from Dublin, Ireland. Dena’s classes incorporate a sense of joy and enthusiasm along with creative and challenging flows and poses.
