In Bri's class you will experience a unique playlist fueled by electronic, R&B, funky beats, and light acoustics. Bri completed her 200 hr YTT in Nosara Costa Rica in 2014. Since then, she's taught all sorts of classes wherever she goes, from Syracuse University to Bigtoe Yoga in SoHo, as well as many private lessons along the way. Bri will encourage you to drop your expectations at the door, and get on the mat with an open heart and mind. Together you will enjoy meditation, a powerful flow and relaxation.
Bri is a true extrovert and excited by all aspects of life. She has backpacked through Thailand, studied abroad in Australia, and taught English in Tanzania. This woman is a lover of genuine conversation and is always down to chat about your practice (or really anything!).
Kat began practicing yoga in Ithaca, New York, while attending Cornell University for her undergraduate degree, when it became too cold to run outside. What began as an outlet to balance her academic schedule and personal life with physical activity, quickly became a passion and daily practice to balance the mind and body.
Kat became 200-hr certified through Y7 in 2018, and likes to bring upbeat energy and music, curiosity and fun to her classes. Her classes will incorporate core workouts and encourage you to push yourself past your comfort zone to reach new heights in your practice.

Alison’s commitment to a happy and healthy lifestyle began in New Orleans while attending Tulane University in 2012. Over the course of the next 4 years, her once-a-week yoga routine turned into an incredible love for the mind + body benefits of yoga, how it challenged and changed her body. Alison’s dream to work in fashion ultimately led her to New York City in 2016. Maintaining her passion for fitness and a healthy lifestyle, Alison sought out yoga studios all over NYC and found a second home at Y7 where she found a welcoming community of beautiful people, leading to her 200-hour certification. Alison’s teaching style focuses on finding the balance between effort and ease through inner strength and the breath.
